How to Wire an additional PBX phone
I have a TTY port setup as an ACD printer and I would like to remove the TTY to use it for something else. I can't out the port or change it's setup since it has the user: ACD designation and APRT is set to yes.

Can anyone tell me how to remove this?

Recording Calls on Comdial
Go into LD 23 and print your SCB. You will probably see the ACD TTY port referenced at the PRIO prompt. Try to x out the port, then go back into LD 17 and out the port.

Yet another reason why I need to "subscribe" to this site, this worked perfectly.
