Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hello All, I have a secretary who would like to forward her phone to the front desk. When the front desk is in night service, it goes back to her voice mail, which she doesn’t have and can’t have. When it forwards I would like it to play the night service message. What am I missing here? 6400 is the front desk. Location: Canada Rep Power: 6 ![]() | If the night message is an announcement or voice menu in Meridian Mail then you have to add the secretary's DN to the VSDN table and assign it the same announcement or menu service as your night treatment. Be sure to remove the mailbox if there still is one. In CallPilot you would add her DN in the Service DNs. Meridian Mail or CallPilot always use the DIALED number to decide how to treat the call.
