I am looking to implement Alternate Call Redirection based on Day, Time of Day, and Holiday schedules. I wanted to refresh my memory on interoperability of these schedules but, I can't find each one in the software feature guide. Obviously what I call this is not what Nortel calls this. So, I turn to you, my comrades in arms. Where do I find by DAY and HOLIDAY? I found the Time of Day and it doesn't mention the other two options at all.

Idealy, I would like to have phones automatically reroute to voice mail based on time of day and day of the week simultaneously. (ex. Monday thru Friday at 5, all day Saturday and Sunday, etc.) Then I would want the Holiday schedule to override this based on the schedule assigned to the sets.

Which now that I think about it aren't very helpful since the chances are slim that everyone is looking at the exact same edition of the NTP that I am.

Slag, that is what it is called for the TOD but, not what it is called for the Day of the Week or the Holiday Schedule. I found a procedure that I wrote myself a note on from last year. I can't find the NTP documentation to explain to me what I was talking about. I hate it when I can't explain me to me.

Call Redirection by Day?

Thank you. I will need to get a new book. My books don't have that at all. They are very old. Thanks for being such a great reference librarian.

I gave up on the books and got MERL. I have some books for 19 (really old) and part of the book set for 25.4. So much easier to have one CD!

With ya on the MERL, I float between that and the Helsman since that's way Nortel is going with documentation. Finally figured out how to add more collections to the intial selection list so I don't have to fumble around trying to find the right files for other collections that aren't a part of the initial install.
