What is the result of a STAT (in ld 32) on these TNs when they are seen as Non Active ? I didn't succeed in reproducing your Trac command result.

I would try stat 'ing it in LD 20 to see if it is disabling.
Does she state specificley what is not working.... does the phone go completely dead... display and all?

I use to have someone who stated there one did not work about once a week. When visiting their office I found that they accidently press the program key... in which prevents all other phone functions until it is exited.

Check the wires and the wall connector, I have this problem in some phones (digital phones) I work near a the ocean pacific (Ensenada BC) so in this area have high humidity in the air and the connectors have problems with corrossion (when you connector cable or wall faceplate turned green) with this you can have a false contact so the PBX can shutdown the TN. sometimes if you try to enable the TN the TN turned locked.

But, sometimes you can enable the TN so check the cables and connectors.


This problem in 500 phones only have a noise in the line or turned lock the TN.

I can’t remember the result status of TN when I check in LD 32 or LD 20 (once I encountered it again….I’ll capture and post it on this forum).
Btw here’s the other info that I got from our end user. The calls were engaged and suddenly the call was disconnected (no outgoing & incoming calls but the phone set have a display).
