Currently there is an Option 81C Rls 25.40 along with Symposium 4.2 and Genesys 6.5. Does anyone know the sequence of upgrades necessary to get to Succession 3 , Symposium 5. and Genesys 7 ?

I was under the impression it would be Symp 1st then Genesys, then Succession .

Thanks,

JS

RE:

Well - I can't say for certain, but we are in the process of upgrading from Meridian 23.55 and it seems that Nortel is supervising the upgrades of the secondary products (symposium 3.0 to 5.0, Symon View Server and our Voicemail system is slated to be replaced not with Call Pilot, but a Server PMS system (hotel environment)…

I’d suggest contacting and communicating with the Nortel Engineer and following his/her suggesttions..

Symposium,Succession and then Polish Software 7.0
We currently on Polish 7 and 25.40 B with MerLink.
We are adding Symposium with one agent for link services then we can upgrade to Succession 3.
If you Must run That Polish software be prepared to AST enable dam near everything.
Fletch says it best and I agree.
This is the way
This is Nortel
