Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Phantom TN with DCFW Ok. I set the CDB to CFF and checked all sets to ensure that CLS was CFXD. On my phantom TN I enabled CLS CFXA. Now when I call from inside or outside, I always get our operator no matter what. I can not get a call to connect to the forwarded number at all. The NCOS on the phantom is the same as our sets that can dial out long distance (even though it does not need to be, it is only local). Any ideas on my next step? Thanks

Location: Florida, Where old phonemen go to die Rep Power: 6 ![]() | ARCHIBUS FM Are you dialing a trunk access code or are you dialing a NARS access code? It does make a difference. If you set CFF in CDB then it doesn't make any difference what the incoming trunk NCOS is , as it is the forwarding phone that is controlling the call. CFF= Call Forward (Forwarding set NCOS) CFO=Call Forward (Originating set or trunk NCOS) And I don't care what Jack say's, I still think it is easier to use ACD DN to forward. Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Phantom TN with DCFW (revisited) My forwarding number is 9xxxxxxx. I thought that this accessed BARS. Not sure if NARS is the same or not + my understanding could be off. CDB CFF is set. CFXA is set for the phantom TN that does the forwarding. ???? I still get the internal operator everytime I call from an external source.

Rep Power: 11 ![]() | bfs for co trunk lines I may have confused you with the TIE, what route are you using to get to the other bldg? I noticed that you are dialing 9+xxx-xxxx. can you post a TN of your DID and a TN of the outgoing TN? I think the NCOS of the DID is higher that the NCOS of the outgoing route's TN. That is why it works when dialed internal and not external. __________________
