Hello,

How do I report on number of calls to our switchboard (800 number and local number).
We have option 11c.

Do you have OTM or MAT?

If you don't have OTM or MAt - you will need to capture your LD 02 Traffic Reports each hour (shows number of calls presented to Consoles and number of calls (peg count/usuage) processed by the Routes)..

MerInsight will do this for you, but I haven't finished re-coding it yet.
