Location: Sioux Falls SD Rep Power: 0 ![]() | I am having an issue dialing a specific number. I can't dial 1866 000 1234 I can dial 1866 000 1235 I have tried dialing the number that I can't dial from my cell phone and a different LAN line and I have success. I have check the NPA and the NXX and every thing is valid Qwest also says that everything looks fine on there end. Any suggestions???? TIA | ||||||||

Location: philadelphia Rep Power: 6 ![]() | is your route a tie or did to quest. If it is a tie you may have to rebuild as did. We had a similar problem and couldn't dial one number in New York. Quest told us something like because our route was tie it couldn't acces there data bases correctly or something or other it's been a while and someone else in my group handled the problem. We rebuilt and problem went away. | ||||||||

Location: 3498.51 miles from Tiverton, Ontario (CANADA) Rep Power: 16 ![]() | Looks like it's hitting that PRI and getting kicked back, depending on the amount of traffic on your system you might want to flip on the incoming d-channel messaging and see if you're getting any reject messages back that might help detirmine why it's failing. | ||||||||
