Any time I ever had a customer with 'flakey' or intermitent console problems that couldn't be cleared other wise, I always did the following: 1.) Make sure the Console TN's are the 1st TN's on the card 2.) Hook up the 3rd power pair __________________ Fletch Nortel Emergency Services PLM For more on Nortel E911 Solutions on the web: http://nortel.com/e911 Check out this month's E911 Talk podcast at Nortel E911 Talk Podcasts | ||||||||
