Rep Power: 6  Gender:  Country:  | In the process of troubleshooting a MerMail problem one of the Support Techs I was on the phone with asked if I knew the 2nd level password for Tools? I told him no and he acted as if everyone knows it. I don't know if he was yanking my chain because I've never heard of a 2nd level for Tools. 1) Is there such an item? 2) If so, is it a "default" password? 3) What does it permit you to do? 4) Where would I find it? | ||||||||

Unfortunately the same rules that apply to PDT, apply to these as well. If anyone wants to get into the discussion of PDT passwords and who should have access . . . feel free to search the forum.
