Hi. can somebody help?. I have divided 2 console 2250 (meridian 81c) between 400 users (from LD 18 i assigned XLST 3 TO ONE CONSOLE and XLST 4 TO 2ND CONSOLE). It is working fine all exts r getting there assigned console after dialing 9 (Actually i set IADN to both console and define it in LD 1. The problem is that if one console gets off or in night the customer wants that console calls should be goes to 2nd console not go to whatever define in nite setup. If one console is in nite or off all calls shud go to 2nd console and if both r present then call shud go as they r assigned to console.
Another question is that what shud i do to make 2 consoles for outgoing calls only in a four console setup(2 for incoming and 2 for outgoing)
