I believe this topic has been posted before, but not sure if there has been any resolution. We have digital sets that disable during midnight routines for no apparent reason. All of our sets are 3904s and have been downloaded with the latest firmware version (89). There are approximately 1300 sets spread across 4 network groups. We are running Succession 3.0 (with CP PII). Intermittently, approximately 40-70 digital sets will disable during midnight routines. It usually only affects one shelf at a time, but not always and has happened on at least four different loops/shelves. Fiber lengths on the FIJI rings have been checked and it has happened on each clock. Take LD 30 out of midnights and of course problem goes away. Any suggestions?

What RLS are your phones. RLS 2 has problems (going to sleep) with Succession 3.

Bosses Ban Bonking..

All the phones are NTMN34GA Rel 02 sets. However, I have read that any sets with a "GA" vintage are actually Rel 03 sets. Also, was of the understanding that upgrading our sets to version 89 firmware would basically make the set a Rel 03 set, but maybe an incorrect assumption on my part.

All our 3900's (rls2 and 3) went to sleep. This has only happened one time. Succession 3.0 and Fiji
