Location: Melbourne Australia Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Hi, silly quesiton this, i have users who swear black and blue that they were able to press the key '0' button on a 3902 (green button next to screen) and it would call the last number dialed. This only became a problem when we had to shift some of them to new desks and it no longer works after the move. Sice im teaching myself how to program the meridian 11c we have here im a bit lost. The doco for the phone type says that key 0 should be the primary directory number, now this is correct, but can you assign another function to this, or is this more of a system wide setting? I haven't found any of the other phones here that do this either. cheers | ||||||||
