Location: At My Place Rep Power: 5  Gender:  Country:   | System is 81 c. My boss ext no is 1122 and mine is 1123. boss just needs that if any call wether from an ext or from out (even if some ext dials boss no 1122 or a did call to his ext) just goes to me or ring at my ext and after confirming identity i transfer that call to him(am they only guy whose ext can ring him). how do i setup that. can somebody print a sample routine. pls help.. | ||||||||

Location: New Jersey Rep Power: 7 Gender: Country:   | Your Boss first will need a second non-publish line for you to transfer that calls to. You can then setup his primary DN (1122)as a SCN (Single Call Non-Ringing Key) and put an appearance on your set as SCR (Single Call Ringing). | ||||||||
