Hi,

For the system wide change in the prompt, you can overwrite the system message responsible for the current greeting with the greeting you require. It will work the way current grreeting works.
Else the only other way is to record external greeting (i think external) for all sets, we had to do for one of our customer.

Please check if this solves your requirement as changing the system prompt is not advised, and also once you change the system prompt, you cannot recover that back

Do't know a way to do what you're lookin for, here is a kind of workaround for MM13.
Go to Voice Administration (3) then Voice Messaging Option (1).
Under the section "Customized recording for [language]", you'll find :
Call Answering Greeting (Voice)
Or
... (stand for others choices)
Local Greeting (Voice)

You can use these greeting to record your customised message, but it won't replace the system message. You'll have to record a blank greeting message in each voicemail
To record a customised greeting message in each voice mail will have the same effect.

Now, perhaps Nortel can give you the way to implement a new system message to replace the existing one... let's dream...
