What are the differences from Meridian Mail and CallPilot 2.0. on the user side. Is there a document that lists these changes.

Night and day. No just joking. There is not to much of a difference. They use the same commands as far as "7 6" to delete a msg, "8 3" to logout, ect. ect.

Attached is CallPilot document showing the keypad interface. If you have a Meridian Mail User Guide, you can compare the MMail interface with this to see the differences.

Depends upon what you include under the "user side". With CallPilot you can:
- send and receive faxes
- unify your voice messages/faxes within email clients such as MS Outlook
- use a web interface (My CallPilot) to access your messages
- from within CallPilot, listen to your email with it spoken in an accent appropriate to the original message
- use voice commands to control (great when driving in those states/provinces/countries which only allow handsfree cellular calls)

If you are referring specificially to the telephony interface, then it uses the same commands as Meridian Mail with the addition of the ability to slow down/speed up message play.

One difference we have found (and the reason we have not taken the leap) is that Call Pilot does not have a facility for Voice Forms....as far as I am aware, if you want this facility and wish to move away from Meridian Mail, you will need a seperate IVR system....though if someone else has found a way round this I would be an eager listener!
