Hello,

I hope that everyone had a great weekend!! The question that I have is...is there a step by step process for setting up a dail by name list with MerMail (rls 11) I've been reading the NTP's but it's really not clear on this process. I'm 99.9% sure that all the user that have voicemail boxes with thier ext has the dail by name opt set to yes. Opt 81c rls 25.4 thanks in advance for your help with this issue!!!!!!

It's been a while, but I think you have to build an ADC DN or CDN to go to voice mail, build a thru dial with the same number as the ACD/CDN and pick name for type. You might have to add it to the VSDN table also as a thru dial.
