If you dont understand the way the phones Hunt or Forward No Answer (FNA), then your in for some serious trial and error training. Do you have the PBX books available? If a phone is to FNA or hunt, they have to be "allowed" in the CLS portion. Once you tell the system its OK to FNA/Hunt those calls, you have to assign the spot where they will fna/hunt to with the HUNT and FDN prompts (per each phone). Also coming into play is whether they are single line or multi-line telephones. You can have a multi-line phone hunt "up" the keystrip if there is a 2nd DN on the phone. Again, there are many ways to go with this, and a little more info from you would be helpful. | ||||||||
