Can dial the 866 number from a cell phone and the number works....what am I missing?

Only thing Odd I See is when I print the 800 SPN

Rick,

If you dial the ACOD and then dial the 866# does it work?

NAM channel upgrade question

Sorry Rick --

Why not just build as an NPA & be done with it?

ESA - inadvertant 911 calls

Rix- are you having trouble only with one specific 866 number? I'm set up with SPNs the same way and it works fine for me. If it's just one 866 number, it might be a hand off problem between the carrier at the ultimate destination and your carrier. Also, I don't think you can get the INPL prompt when building SPNs for 866, 877, 888 etc but that wouldn't cause the problem you're experiencing.

Intercom capabilities?

Do like Jack said and just make it an NPA.

Out the SPN 1866 and make it

NPA 1866
RLI 0
SDRR NONE
ITEI NONE

If it doesn't work after this, than is is a carrier problem.
