Location: NE Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Sym on a blade I have a predictive dialer running with a meridian link on a symposium express box. We are installing symposium 5.0 full ver. My problem is that the dialer software may not run with 5.0 and my thought was they both can run off the elan as different devices. Any one know if this can be done and how to go about settig them up a VAS's? Thanks | ||||||||

| you can run multiple connections to the elan.. not sure off hand how to do it, did it about a month back setting up the VAS id's have a look in the ntp's we are running two symposium servers connected to the pabx... VAS 16 and 17... (the reason we have 2 symposium servers is because the one is a backup server.. with services stopped.. its like a hot backup.. we just tell genesys which ip to use if it goes down) I want to install symposium 5 so that we can run this with the mirroring so that the servers stay up to date with eachother.. now thats cool :P | ||||||||
