As the Senior Systems Engineer for the Enterprise Group of one of the largest Telcos in Canada, I am a 20 year veteran dedicated to the support and implementation of MiTEL systems and applications.
I hold MiTEL Certifications on 3300, sx2000, sx200, sx200ICP, 3100, 6100ccs, mitelmail (baypoint / centigram), 6000 managed application server and many more.
