MD 110 with BC 12 software queries for networking - PBX Info :: Your Free PBX, PABX and Telephone Information Resource

Dear All,

Please send a details if ericsson MD110 with BC 12 software has a capability to be network with other PABX( such as LG ARIA, Panasonic & etc) via VOIP or ISDN PRI? if so, what are the requirement for this type of sert up?

Hi,

Its possible to network MD110 BC12 with other system using the card TLU76/1 (ISDN) or TLU76/3 (CAS) to be installed on MD. It need ofcourse programming for MD & for other system to be tied up.
VOIP was also possible but so far we tested for both MD BC12 but the voice quality was fair enough.

Thanks for the Information. I just want to confirm if you set up and tested already that E1 link connectivity of MD110 to other switches are possible. The customer doesn't want to buy the E1 card and its license if not really sure it will work.

Yes I setup & tested E1.
BC12 was also license dependent so you have to order in ericsson how many channels you need.
The only problem you may encounter was the programming, you should choose the correct parameters in rocai,rodai, etc... in order to work perfectly.
