Hello everyone,

can somobody tell me if MD110 BC12 works with different kind of IVR platformes????

If yes what kind of equipment or configuration do I need to make a connection between PBX and IVR??

Hi,

You can use Application Link (CTI) to set up IVR with MD110.
It doesn't matter what kind of IVR it is (Genesys, Solidus, ... ) because the interface is build on the Application Link.

Additional info :

the Application Link server is connected via NIU (ethernet) with the MD110; CSTA is the protocol.

Dear Team,

Is anybody there can tell me about MD110 with BC12 software capability for networking with other PABX system such as LG ARIA , Panasonic & ETC., using the VOIP or ISDN? If so can you send a details for each requirement?
