Night service and redirection help

Problem is this: when my exchange is in Night service(all operators is OFF), the number for recieving calls is 5555. When I try to redirect phone 5555(whit code *22#mobile phone number#), it`s not working. I tried with PELPI, but problem is still here. Phone 5555 rings, calls are not redirected to mobile phone. This is a big problem in my company, because guard who answer all calls on number 5555, have to walk thru the building and he is not by the phone all the time.

Is there a solution for this problem, maybe patch from Ericsson or something? Does someone know how to fix this?

My exchange is TSWSP02/R3A

Thanks

Hi bb34nne,

Better create a generic extension, with a pelpi programmed that will divert your calls to any number which is program to your pelpi.

OK, that is a god idea. But, another question: when I create generic extension, do I have to set that generic extension in this command:

OPADC:CORG=1,NDIR=Y,RERNUM="generic ex";

and then:

PELPI: DIR="generic ex",CHO=1,ANSPOS=5555,LIST=1;

and finally do the command *22#mobile phone"#

Is that okay?

Hi bb34nne,

You will just need to create the PELPI first, example;

PELPI: DIR="generic ex", CHO=1,TIME="#of rings",BSYCHO=2,ANSPOS=mobile phone",LIST=1;

PELPI: DIR="generic ex", CHO=2,TIME="#of rings",ANSPOS="guards number",LIST=1;

Then command the OPADC.
Make sure that the category of the generic extension is allowed to make external diversion, as well as the operator.

Hope this works cause I've noticed that this will be the diversion level.

Regards,
Sepay

Thanks to all, I fixed this with command PELCSIR=5555,SERV=10;
I don`t understand how nobody from Ericsson did not know this. I asked Eric. for help, but they say to me that patch can fix this. Anyhow, thanks to all!

you could also create the mobile number as a common abbrievated number and the use the common ABB number as the PERNUM....

eg: OPADC:CORG=1,NDIR=Y,PERNUM="COMMON ABB NUMBER"

It might make things alittle easier for you if you have to change it back one day..
