MD110 in trouble

Site had power supply burn up, replaced the shelf and power supply, I was able to get site up and running. Still having the following problem any ideas?
89 Lost Signals In the Group Switch
24 Faulty PCM-LINK (GJU)
65 Synchronization Fault
34 Lim Out of Order.

Micro wave t-1 links between sites. looked at signal and looked ok.
the alarms will reset themself and the lim will reload ok, missing some of the old books with alarm info.

hi batm,

I think you have some problem with your group switch. Either you have a defective GJUG board(at GSM) or GJUL board(at LIM). Also please command these commands;
SCEXP; ------- to print if your receiving the clocking the the provider
GJLSP:GSSIDE=x,GSMULT=x-y; -------- to check weather if you have a blocked pcm link.

You have a LIM out of order alarm, states that you may have a defective LPU/DSU/LSU/GJUL board error. Please replace these board. Do you still use the PU4DC power supply, if you do, please replace them. They have been marked as defective boards or burns out in time. Experience it with several clients.

Regards,
Sepay
