Hi bub,

NIU is Network Interface Unit, a replacement for IPU or IOU on newer versions. Here we could send all information coming from the MD110 to the Mitel. Can Mitel listen to certain port, regarding information for this diverted call. Cause the MD110 can send it to a specific IP and port. You just need to program the pabx's IO & VM commands. Or if you have a serial to ip converter that would do. You just need a cable coming from your SIU and an SIU.

Regards,
Sepay

Hi bub,

Are you using voip to transfer the call? Are the local on the mitel voip? I have just read this, transferring calls to a voip voicemail. Need your info so that I could post.

Regards,
Sepay

there is no way the mitel vm can identify what types of call she recieve from md110 unless you will have an integration between the two. md110 doesn't support inband integration, you have to do it by serial or ip.

Send a message via MSN to CEM11
If you want pass a divert you must do that:
*60*XXXX#
now if you want do it in a key you must do it:
KSFKP: DIR=XXX,FCN=TNS,KEY=XX,DIG=A60AXXXB;
