Unhappy MD110 BC9b Call Center

Hello people,

I have problem with MD110 BC9b when trying to log in as ACD agent to Call Center,because the PIN code is not valid.I tried with 4-digit combination of same numbers (0000,1111...9999),but I didn't succeed to log in.
Does anyone knows requering PIN code?

hi deki,

Try the command, AUCOPIR=xxxx;
You could also try DIR=ALL;
Verify the local assigned to the button you logging in, using command
KSFKPIR=xxxx;
You will find the DIR on any of the button on the phone, listed by the KS command.

Regards,
Sepay
