Rep Power: 0 ![]() | Hello people, I have problem with MD110 BC9b when trying to log in as ACD agent to Call Center,because the PIN code is not valid.I tried with 4-digit combination of same numbers (0000,1111...9999),but I didn't succeed to log in. Does anyone knows requering PIN code? | ||||||||

Rep Power: 3 ![]() | hi deki, Try the command, AUCOP You could also try DIR=ALL; Verify the local assigned to the button you logging in, using command KSFKP You will find the DIR on any of the button on the phone, listed by the KS command.
