Fwd To Ext No
Can Someone Help Me... I Have A Problem With Call Fwd To External Numbers....from One Extension.
I Made Cff In Cdb,
And Cfxa In Cls Of The Extension
Still Not Going Thro.but It Works Fine When I Call That Ext From An Internal Dn.but When I Call That Ext From A External No..the Ext Is Not Forwarding The Call To A External No........

Hi Shankar,

Did you check the parameters, I made this external forwarding using repeated diversion, instead of normal diversion. try it, use the pelpi command. by the way, what version are you using

Check the CDIV on the extension the third bit should be a 1 to allow the follow me to external.
you can change this by
KSCACIR=XXXX,CDIV=0011510000;
