All , i am trying to login into an MD110 xchange , but the guy who set it up cannot be reached , how do i reset the Admin password?

Hi Kironget,

Sori but you cannot reset the MD110 admin password by urself. you would need a fresh INL of your system from a new harddisk or you would still need the help of an engineer for this.

Hi I also wanna know about this.I used my admin password (with class 7) to login and try to change admin password.not working?still can use old password.

No,MDUSER/HELP are just default.I mean when we don't know the admin password,how to set back to default setting?Can somebody help?

There´s no such thing as default configuration on MD110, as the architecture is very diverse. If you know at least a lower authority password, you could recover access.
