Rep Power: 0 ![]() | MCS5100 and Callpilot UM Hi All, I have recently installed a CS1000E system, release 4.5 with a 3.5 MCS5100. I have setup Converged Desktop which is running fine and all appeared well. I recently had a support call as a users Destop Messaging dial out had stopped working. When a message is left in the users mailbox, and he tries to call the user back from his mailbox, the callpilot calls his handset, and calls the user back, and the call completes. The problem is i get 1 way speech path. If i disable desktop messaging from his handset, all works fine and i get 2 way conversation. Has anybody come across this problem in the past who could give me a helping hand?? Thanks for your time... sean. | ||||||||
