Unfortunately just upgraded to 5.0 and installed the MCS are having the issue.Our vendor and Nortel are looking into it.

The RLS 5.0 SS & VGMC is 5.00.31. The MCS was an old version 3. ??

Yes,we are on the lateset firmware.We have 2 MCS at different sites networked over SIP and the other site is not having any issues.
Can't seem to get converged desktop to work from this end,Nortel and ATT are both looking at it but haven't found out anything on that either.

That sucks. I work for AT&T and if they have you at Nortel that's a good thing. After this customers MCS install a few years ago the soft keys on M3904 & I2004 sets stop showing up at our remote sites. It was the AC2 loc code. I would do a stare and compare. The loc code could be in conflict with an NRS code. Just a suggestion.

It was the lateset patches on the Sig Servers which they said were on there.
