| Junior Member | I have some minor corrections to your post: - in converged desktop alias I wouldn't definitly say 00001 - it's a PNI and PNI could be other than 1 - and for Converged Desktop mode you should have CDMO or CDMV class of service. And of course CSDN defined correctly. |

| Junior Member | I can't say I'm an expert, but at least design&support specialist I've installed about 4-5 MCS, some of them with converged desktop services, almost all of them with video/audio conferences ... even 1 with web collaboration. So if anyone have questions about this parts of MCS - I can try to help. |
