Charges in gas theft

Hey Guys, We got the MCS5100 configured and working, Internally I can send and receive calls fine.

But when someone externally calls my phone, my mcs client doesn't ring. Internally it works fine, its just external calls.

We have a cs1000s sip networked to our MCS5100

I know there are some settings you are suppose to have in the COS: CDMV i believe but I can't remember any others.

Anyone know where I should look.

I do have a coworkers phone that does work. I matched is COS to my phone but it didn't work.

Is this the switch side or a setting in the mcs5100?

If you guys want to see the client see this post:

Rix,

Email me a copy of the TNB for the 2 TN's. Did you enter the CDN of the PCA pool to SimRing out to the MCS?

No I don't think I did. Where should I start with that?

Check the CSDN prompt in the TNB. That should be the ACD pool of PCA's pointing out to the MCS5100.

Thanks Fletch, Figured it out.

I set up users as All converged users, but I didn't actually go in and update the users in the converged setting, you have to add:
00001(nxx)(extension)
then below it
nxx+extension@domain.com

So it should have looked like:
000015551111
5551111@mydomain.com
Enterprise Converged Setting

I added that and made sure of the above and it works like a charm now.

Thanks
