Location: Dallas, Texas Rep Power: 5 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Remote Option 11C Meridian Mail User Audit Remote Option 11C Meridian Mail User Audit 1.Log into M1, but do not load any programs. 2.At the prompt > type AX. The Meridian Mail (MM) log in screen will appear, with softkeys at the foot of the screen. These softkeys represent F1 to F5 from the left to right respectively on your terminal PC. If you do not see the Meridian Mail Screen try holding down the CTRL Key and hitting R. (CTRL R), This will refresh the screen for Meridian mail. 3.Press F1 softkey to log in, the MM will ask for you to enter the admin password. 4.Enter the admin password then press < cr>. MM will then display the Main Menu choices. 5.Select menu choice 1, (User Administration). 6.Select menu choice 1, (Local Voice Users). 7..Select soft key (F5) and chose "Find" 8.From the (Find Local Voice Users Menu) Leave all choices selected to ANY except Voice Storage Limit Exceeded. Curson over and select "Yes" for this option. 9.Press the soft key F3 (LIST) . This will list the offending users. Contact existing users and have them delete unnessary Voicemails or Delete old mailboxes that are not being used anymore but are recieveing messages. 10.Press the F1 softkey to exit the Main User Administration screen. 11 Press the F1 softkey to exit the Local Voice User Administration screen 12.Press the F1 softkey to Log off and go back to the MM Log in screen. 13.Press CNTL ] (2x) (control and close square bracket keys) together to switch back to M1. * Please note that if you do not switch back to the M1 until the complete procedure is finished you will have been logged out of the M1 after 20 Minutes.
