one of our wallboard server apps is "broken"

Hello,
Recently I noticed that the data on one of the Spectrum wallboards (attached to user 1's pc) the variable portion of it wasn’t updating from what was being shown in real-time by the CCC View. I then discovered that the wallboard has become disconnected from that port when the case was moved. I reconnected the cable to the pc and rebooted the pc. When the Wallboard Server software restarted, there were two problems (1) for all the message entries the start date was 1/3/2008, not today which is what the date is on the other wallboard server pc (2) that none of the messages were active and being displayed on the wallboard…the wallboard was blank.
I’ve tried re-making messages for the wallboard, resetting the wallboard (which it does beep and display the diagnostic data as expected), and looking through every setting of the wallboard server and comparing it to the other wallboard server, reconnecting the application to the same Delta server it and the other wallboard use, which is on user 1's pc, and none of the above has made it where the wallboard server software is functional again on user 1's pc.
The other wallboard that’s connected to user 2's pc in another area of the office and is connected to user 1's Delta server is working just fine, and I’ve rebooted and reconnected it to the delta server a couple of times and the functionality in it has stayed the same.
Does anyone here know how to fix whatever the current problem is with user 1’s wallboard server application so the wallboard it serves data to will become functional again.
thanks in advance,
david
