Hi everyone, can somewone help?

I've got an IPO 412. All was well this morning, but now, it seems i've lost one ISDN30 trunk.

I've got two ISDN30s in total, but lost one of them. The lights on the front are lit on just trunk 1 and not trunk 5 as they usually are.

After calling my carrier (BT, UK) they say all seems ok on their end and its the Avaya...

I've rebooted a few times, checked the config ect.

Can someone come to my rescue...please!!?

I can not help with IP Office because I don't work on that product, but try this troubleshooting idea. Roll the two circuits coming into your PBX. If the trouble follows the circuit then the problem is outside your switch. If the trouble does not follow the circuit then suspect the card it connects to.
