Phone Manger Pro dialing and screen-pop

A recently installed IP Office 4.06 with PhoneManager Pro 4.0.20 seems to have a problem with Screen-Pop and dialing out by double clicking on a phone call listed on the IN or MISSED tabs.

We dial a 9 to get an outside line.

If a 9 is added to the PRI prefix then I can dial out fine from IN or MISSED, but the screen-pop quits working because non of my 4000+ contacts are listed with a 9.

If I remove the 9 from the PRI prefix then screen-pop works just fine, but I can not dial out from PMP's IN or MISSED tabs.

Dialing from Outlook works just fine because I can tell Outlook to add a 9 to all outside calls.

Dialing from PMP's OUT tab works fine, because I had to enter a 9 to get an outside line when I manually dialled the phone number last time.

Any suggestions?

Screen pop up problem

Dear All,

Recently we have installed Avaya IP 406 at one of our customer site. Customer wants to utilise screen pop up along with outlook. We have done all the necessary configration. License are already installed on system.
When calls comes in, outlook contact pops up in tool bar only and we are getting the following message on the screen

the command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using
Does any one solve this problem? If yes how?
