Location: UAE (United Arab Emirates) Rep Power: 3  Gender:  Country:  | CCC Reporting Error Dear All I would say a thanks a lot for you guys to help alot at critical stages and problem. i need your help again. I have set up the call centre set. My CCC server is working on the 2000 server . I can view all the reports on the this server. When i want to see all these report through the web browsr from any other pc. It will show me the Avaya Reporter and Error message come Object Required come on the screen. I think so this problem is related with the internet exploer so make active X control. Still it is not work. I am sure you can help me in this issue. | ||||||||
