SOE Ip office problem
HI to all, I am new to IP Office, so I bought a SOE IP Office to tech my self. I was trying to upgrade to 4.0 but I didn't upgrated from 2.0 to 2.1 . now I can not put it back to 2.0 or fixt it. Any help will be apreciated. Thanks.

upgrading SOE to v 4.x
What happened when you tried to upgrade the SOE, what was the result of the upgrade.

If you have a look at the Tech Bulletin 80 you will see you need upgrade to the 3.2.99 loader before upgrade to any version of 4.x
