Softconsole and Phone Manager problem

I have a customer that uses Softconsole and Phone Manager Pro, intermittently when people open Phone Manager it only gives them the Lite version and the Softconsole will not load because there is no licence, another error message states "Could not retrieve the users email ID's from the IPOffice", I can ping the IP Office and connect to it using Manager, the licences are valid and the voicemail is working fine.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

1. What sort of license dongle are you using on this site?
2. Where is it connected to?
3. Have you explicitly defined the License Manager IP Address in the config on the SOE?
4. How long after a reboot are you attempting to logon to Phone Manager/Soft Console?
5. Have you set Phone Manager Pro under the user profile in the config and in the user preferences in Phone Manager?
