Rep Power: 0 ![]() | IP Office 2010 and 2030 phone anomaly? I have an apparent anomaly with the way 2010 (non display) and 2030 series (display) handsets handle calls on our IP Office software version 2.1 (62) former INDeX pedigree PABX. When using a 2010 to dial either a busy (engaged) 2010 or 2030 internal extension, I am finding that the incoming call is diverted on busy / no answer to the number configured on our Voicemail Pro forwarding setup. But, when swapping the 2010 for a 2030 display handset, with everything else remaining the same & redialling, busy tone is returned for the same condition. Any suggestions why please. | ||||||||
