Voicemail PRO holiday greeting Message

Dera all
I have installed 8 port voicemail PRo,using the condition editor. I have recorded one general day greeting message and one night greeting message. Both are working fine. Let us cosider the case when there is special holiday, how i can change the message without disturbing or deleting the general message,by using the condtion editor it is not working fine. When i am going to record the new message it is automatically deleted the old message. What could be the remedy for the same
Thanks

Send a message via MSN to smaunsell
Use Condition Editor to string two decisions together. The first will decide on dates that you enter - if it is a holiday then it will follow one action, if it is not a holiday it will go to the next Condition test which will decide if the office is open.

If it is a holiday, send the call to a Generic action (for example) that plays a greeting saying that they are closed for a holiday. You can then send the call to a Leave Mail action that will then play the day/night greeting but you need to keep these generic. Instead of a Generic action you could have any other action eg Menu.

If it's not a holiday then it passes through the Condition and asks if it is between certain hours to decide if the office is open.

Plz send me the flow chart for the same

Dear Saunsell
Customer requiremnt is that, during day time if call comes it should ring at the reception.if it is no answer then company greeting should come and caller has ability to leave the message.
During night time, caller should directally listen the after office hour message and can leave the message.
During public holiday, different message should come.
For all this i have used the codition editor.Customer wants day night time automatically changed. I have tried so many things to make it effective, but i am failed.
If it is possible for you just send me call flow and necessary setting deatil in the manager and voicemail pro.
I hope you will help on this issue. Thanks
