Location: UAE (United Arab Emirates) Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Group message delivery Dear All I have IP 412 with 4 port voicemailpro in IP office mode. our Scenario is like that if manager wants to deliver the message for the 45 Extensions in one shot. What should be the procedure for the same thing,if yes then how Extension intimate for the Same thing. Thanks in Advance | ||||||||

The procedure for the same is Create hunt group with the group member,Under the voicemail Tab of hunt group click on the Broadcast option.Set the no answer time 1 Second. If you check the this option.It broadcast to all group member automatically. To leave message call hunt group. If any one have more info let me know. THnaks | ||||||||
