Microsoft outlook integration

Dear All
I have configured Integrated microsoft outlook with IP 406. It is working fine we can dial the External and internal call perfectly. Now my problem is

for dialing the external number i need to press 9 for line access and then dial number. It is working
but my customer has already stored contact list with the standard (in my case it is 0097150--- or +97150---). Let me claer it more
I am in Dubai and here for mobile dialing code is +97150---.So customer does not want to add 9 before the number dialing.

IS there any possibilities for the same thing?
Thanks in advance

In Outlook, the numbers should always be stored in the format (for UAE) +971 50 xxxxxxx. Preferably do not you 0097150xxxxxxx - although it will work for outbound it should be stored in the correct format for all features to work.

In Control Panel/Phone & Modem Options you should have an entry for My Location. In here you can tell it to dial a 9 for an external line.
