Call Advice for the international Call

Hi to all
We are using the IP406 with the Admin 3.2.17 and 4 port voice mail Pro.Now At some extension we have blocked the option for international Dialing. my requirement is like that if some one dial international number from this extension, sytem prompt will say "Your Call can not go through,Thanks". Is it possible in Avaya.
Thansk in Advance

Send a message via MSN to smaunsell
1. Create a User called 'Barred' with xtn number 299 (you need a number regardless of whether you'll actually call it or not, you need it to access the mailbox)
2. Create System Short Code (or User if just for one User) eg 00N, Telephone Number "#Barred", Feature VoicemailCollect

Log into the mailbox of user 'Barred' and record the greeting as "Your call can no go through, Thanks" and select the option to save it in a continuuos loop.

When a User dials 00 and any number if will route it to play the greeting of the User 'Barred'. They will hear the greeting that tells them the call cannot proceed. If you forgot to select the option to save it in a continuous loop then the User will then leave a message for the 'Barred' User which you don't want.

ps the 00N is just an option for the International dialling prefix in the large majority of countries. If you were in the US the Short Code would be 001N or in Australia it would be 0011N but most countries are just 00N.
