Station Sped Dial Problem with the hot desking

Hi to all
I have a scenario where user using the hot desking feature. When the user login from another place they got all the feature avaiable on their desk phone,but not the personal speed dial number which they havee programmed in the phone set. Is it fault or phone set store this number in its own DSP chip.

What sort of phones are you using?
What version system?

What do you mean by personal speed dials? How do you normally access these - what do you dial?

Personal speed dial problem

Dear Samunsell
I am using Admin 3.2.17 software and voicemail pro 3.2.15.As I already told we are using the hot desking feature.Suppose I have login from the Extension number 201 using the phone model no 5610. In this phone model Sp. dial option available and we can store the external number. This is known as personal speed dial number.to make call we need to press that button only.
Now i have logout from this phone and login from the another place having the same extension number and same phone model. All other feature are available and working fine except the personal speed dial.
is there any solution is available.
