Go to http://support.avaya.com for downloads for all applications, system software etc. You can download the Administration Applications which is the Manager programming application and the system bin files. This is an entire CD, you cannot get the bin files by themselves. The reason for this is that you MUST use the correct version of Manager to program the version of system or you will have problems. But Manager since v3.2 is now backwards compatible.

Avaya will support the current release and previous one release. Anything before that will not be supported and they will tell you to upgrade.

They have the current the following:
v3.2 releases (GA and maintenance versions)
v3.1 releases (GA and maintenance versions)
v3.0 releases (GA and maintenance versions)
v3.0DT releases (GA and maintenance versions)
v2.1 releases (GA and maintenance versions)

They no longer have:
v2.0 releases (GA and maintenance versions)
v1.4 releases (GA and maintenance versions)
v1.3 releases (GA and maintenance versions)
v1.1 releases (GA and maintenance versions)

Yes, the IPO has it's moments. If you wanted stress free, no bugs, no constant upgrading, no repeated bugs etc then it's not the system for you!
