International Dialing Block problem
Hi to everyone
I have installed the IP406. I have created the line access code 9.In the system user short code I create a SC 900N ,busy,00N.line group ID 0.
now if i dial by pressing 9XXX. on screen it will display Number busy.
But if i dial 9 and wait until screen show connect after that if i dial the international number ,system make a call for the same thing.
Also I have already remove the default code for the Dial feature.
any help min this matter is really appericiated

What version is the system software? What type of lines do you have - PSTN, BRI, PRI?

I have 3.2.17 version of Admin. I am using the Analog lines

Do you have another short code of 9N or anything similar? I think this might be conflicting with the 900N.

Short code used by me
Under the user restriction tab i am using following codes

1. 900N Busy 00N 0
2. 00N Busy 00N 0
3. 90N Busy 0N 0
4. 900N Busy 00N 0
I have alrady tried by using the ; afterthe N. Still it is not working.
I hope you will reply me ASAP.

Smaunsell. i have found the solution,it is my mistake. I make the code by using the 9.
now i changed it to 9XXXN. it solved international dialing problem
once again thanks a lot
