hi, is there any documentation about cdr (call detail recording) feature of Avaya IP office? field explanations, ticket examples, configuring/receiving cdr tickets over IP?
regards,

CDR/SMDR on the IP Office is captured through a free piece of software called Delta Server. This is on the Admin Apps CD (under the CBC folder) and also the CCC CD. The reason for this is that it collects ALL info about calls then apps such as CBC/CCC (call centre reporting) can put those into reports. Other apps such as CDR/SMDR packages can also take the call info.

Delta Server outputs to a CSV file. You need to specify the location and enable it as it's not on in default after installation.

Have a look at http://marketingtools.avaya.com/knowledgebase which is the online Engineer's Toolkit. You can search for whatever you want. Search for Delta Server of SMDR and you'll find what you need.

OR

Since v3.1 system software, the IP Office can also output directly from the system via IP to an IP address where an application will collect it. This doesn't require Delta Server. Search for CDR in the Knowledge Base and you'll find what you're after.
