What happend to this model? Does any know why Avaya Discontinued it? Were there problems with it?

Looked like a neat box.

That is what I know as well. The 406v2 and the small office are the two offers for smaller offices. Avaya now has a Quick Office as well

What is quick office and How many does that support?

It is called one-x quick edition and is Avaya's answer to Ip phones that aren't dependent on an Avaya switch to work, they are loaded with special software. It is aimed at small to medium sized offices; add an office worker, just add a phone, the other's in the office recognize the new phone and configure accordingly.

The 406v2 replaced the 403 and the 406 for a few reasons;
some of these are:
- The 406v2 adds Dual-PRI card capacity.
- Avaya added a media slot (for basic auto-attendant V-M)
- The hub ports were replaced with switch ports (individual processing)
- The 406v2 was introduced with a better cost point (403 had only 3 expansion ports, 406 has 6).
- Various engineering issues as well (40 data channels vs. 18 data channels, etc.).
